Our most limited release Cabernet Sauvignon, 575 ovx is produced in quantities of less than 300 cases per year. It is devoted to the pure and true expression of a single vineyard, 575 ovx, in a single vintage. Grapes for the 575 ovx Cabernet Sauvignon are chosen from our western and southern exposure hillside blocks. Most striking is the elegance and balance that such a concentrated and powerful wine can achieve. The nose reveals delicate aromas of rose petal and red berries, which on the palate become lush fruit flavors complemented by a unique exotic minerality. The last sip in your glass is the most treasured as it has only just begun to tell its story. The aging potential is 25 plus years.
